We provide <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appcz.eu\/en\/services\/complete-parts-production\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">complete manufacturing of metal parts and components<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>including the sourcing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of stamped parts. We prefer close cooperation with partners directly within our premises, resulting in zero logistics costs and no time losses between individual operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We offer a wide range of <\/span><b>welding technologies supported by modern <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appcz.eu\/en\/flexible-welding-workstation-fast-and-efficient-solution-for-small-series-production\/\"><b>robotic and automation facilities<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Welding and spot welding are performed using MAG\/MIG methods, including the welding of highly alloyed galvanised materials. All processes take place directly at our sites \u2013 from individual operations to full project management.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprehensive surface treatment \u2013 KTL, filler and sealing<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We provide <\/span><b>complete surface treatment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of metal parts. APP is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appcz.eu\/en\/one-stop-shop-fur-die-automobilindustrie-interview-mit-vojtech-simak\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">one of the largest job coaters in the field of cathodic electrocoating<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Europe and has been a reliable partner to leading global automotive manufacturers in the Czech Republic and abroad for more than 20 years. We operate <\/span><b>two technologically identical KTL lines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Nymburk and Police nad Metuj\u00ed. Their 100% mutual interchangeability ensures production continuity even in the event of capacity fluctuations or unexpected outages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KTL is applied using an immersion, indexed process that ensures uniform coating even in hard-to-reach areas. The result is <\/span><b>a finished assembly ready for immediate use in production<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Quality is guaranteed through IATF 16949 certification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All processes are built on a high level of <\/span><b>automation and robotisation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, minimising the human factor and ensuring stable, repeatable quality. In the development and optimisation of technologies, we work closely with <\/span><b>EAP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which \u2013 like APP \u2013 is part of the <\/span><b>Colegium Holding group<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logistics, packaging and delivery to your door<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The process is completed at our <\/span><b>logistics centre in Zv\u011b\u0159\u00ednek<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Parts from both production sites are consolidated, packaged, and shipped either via <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appcz.eu\/en\/crock-dock-and-direct-deliveries-ensure-fast-routes-to-oem-partners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cross-docking or as direct deliveries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to OEM partners.
