In the automotive industry, every hour of downtime represents significant losses. When a coating line stops, it is not only unfinished parts that are affected \u2013 the entire production continuity, delivery schedules, and supplier reputation are at risk.At Automotive Painting Partners (APP), we have therefore built a system that reduces the risk of production disruption to an absolute minimum: two identical KTL lines, ready to take over from one another at any time. Most paint shops operate a single KTL line. Any planned shutdown, maintenance, or unexpected failure inevitably leads to a halt in coating operations and subsequent delivery delays. At APP, we have chosen a different approach \u2013 investing in <\/span>two technologically equivalent KTL lines<\/b> that operate in parallel and <\/span>are fully interchangeable.<\/b><\/p>\n

Our <\/span>two modern production plant<\/span><\/a>s in Nymburk and Police nad Metuj\u00ed are equipped with the <\/span>same state-of-the-art technology for <\/b>cathodic electrocoating (E-coat \/ KTL),<\/b><\/a> sealing, and subsequent operations. As a result, both facilities are technologically identical and can immediately replace one another. If one line is taken offline due to maintenance, modernisation, or an unforeseen event, the other seamlessly takes over production. This system provides a <\/span>100% internal back-up<\/b>, ensuring <\/span>uninterrupted production flow<\/b> even in unexpected situations.<\/span><\/p>\n
