Our two modern production plants in Nymburk and Police nad Metují are equipped with the same state-of-the-art technology for cathodic electrocoating (E-coat / KTL), sealing, and subsequent operations. As a result, both facilities are technologically identical and can immediately replace one another. If one line is taken offline due to maintenance, modernisation, or an unforeseen event, the other seamlessly takes over production. This system provides a 100% internal back-up, ensuring uninterrupted production flow even in unexpected situations.

In the field of cathodic electrocoating, we rank among the largest providers in Central Europe. With two KTL lines, we are able to process up to 10 million square metres of surface area per year while handling various material types simultaneously. Identical process settings ensure that switching production from one line to the other is completely transparent – with no reconfiguration and no risk of deviations. This enables us to respond flexibly to changes in production volumes, urgent orders, or customer requirements to distribute production across multiple projects.
And it is not only about redundancy. Thanks to the dual-line setup, we can also carry out extensive servicing and maintenance without any impact on customers.
