Fine sealing – fast, precise and without waste

Our sealing line provides efficient completion and sealing of coated parts. At Automotive Painting Partners (APP), we use sealants approved by the Volkswagen Group, which reliably close off even hard-to-reach areas and prevent moisture ingress and corrosion.
After sealant application, parts pass through a drying oven with indirect heating, where a controlled temperature and gelation time ensure proper curing. The process enables rapid hardening and a smooth production flow without unnecessary downtime. The result is a perfectly sealed part that meets the strict requirements of leading automotive manufacturers.

Precise and efficient filler application
Coating is not only about appearance, but it also provides protective and structural functions. The filler layer, a specialised coating material, helps dampen vibrations, increases stiffness of large surfaces, and improves overall surface quality. At APP, we apply filler to automotive parts in an enclosed booth, the MOS 2500 application box, where airflow, temperature, and humidity are carefully regulated. Optimised extraction removes overspray, fumes, and dust, while a three-stage filtration system ensures no particles return to the booth that could compromise the surface.
We use water-based BASF coatings that meet the highest automotive standards. Application is carried out using Airmix high-pressure equipment from MEDIA CZ, ensuring uniform coverage even on complex geometries. After application, the filler is cured in a controlled chamber to achieve a smooth, unified surface. The result is a smooth, durable, high-quality finish that withstands the demanding conditions of automotive manufacturing.
