Packaging and dispatch represent the final, yet critically important stage of the entire production process. It is the moment when the quality and condition in which a component reaches the customer are determined. Every component leaving the production facilities of Automotive Painting Partners must be prepared to seamlessly enter subsequent manufacturing or testing processes without complications. We deliver finished parts in the highest quality, on time, and safely – and dispatch is a key part of this commitment.
Product protection comes first
Our primary goal is to prevent damage during handling, storage, and transportation. At Automotive Painting Partners, we ensure that packaging methods are always tailored to specific requirements – including product type, dimensions, weight, surface sensitivity, and transport conditions. We also consider the length of the logistics chain and storage environments.
Our solutions minimise the risk of mechanical damage, deformation, contamination, or corrosion. Product protection is not an additional measure for us, but an integral part of production quality.
Packaging and dispatch according to customer specifications
We strictly respect the requirements of each individual project. Professional packaging and dispatch are carried out in full compliance with customer specific requirements – from packaging type and fixation methods to labelling and documentation. Our processes are aligned with the internal logistics standards of OEM and Tier 1 partners, as well as specific project requirements. This ensures a smooth transition between our production and subsequent assembly or testing processes, without the need for additional adjustments.
Flexibility in packaging materials
We work with both standardised and customer-defined packaging solutions. These include KLT boxes, pallets, foam inserts, and anti-corrosion VCI films. The choice of materials is always adapted to the nature of the component and the risks associated with transportation. Serial production of structural components requires a different approach than prototype projects. Packaging flexibility is therefore a given.
OEM standards and traceability
Labelling and documentation at Automotive Painting Partners meet the strict requirements of OEM and Tier 1 partners. A key element is ensuring full traceability. This allows each component to be clearly identified through labelling or laser marking and enables complete tracking of its production and logistics history. Transparency and product flow control are essential, particularly for projects with high demands on quality and auditability.

End-to-end production and delivery “under one roof”
We provide complete production in one location, eliminating intermediate steps, external handling, and unnecessary transport between subcontractors. We utilise modern distribution principles such as cross-docking and direct deliveries, which increase supply chain reliability.
Through our logistics centre in Zvěřínek, we ensure smooth and efficient delivery of components to OEM partners. This saves time and costs while enhancing the efficiency of the entire supply chain – representing a significant competitive advantage.
Efficiency, quality, and reliability
For every project, our goal is to ensure that each shipment reaches its destination on time, with maximum emphasis on quality, timing, and safety. Packaging and dispatch are therefore not separate operations, but a fully integrated part of the production process. Our system is designed to save our clients time, minimise logistical risks, and support the efficiency of their own processes – something we have been delivering for over twenty years.
