Comprehensive engineering services and industrial metal surface treatments. We specialize in immersion cathodic dip coating (KTL) for top-tier corrosion protection. We produce welded parts and subassemblies, seal and fill body components, and carry out logistical operations. We also provide direct OEM deliveries and cross-dock services.
Our facilities
We operate two modern production facilities specialized in E-coating. Both are equipped with identical state-of-the-art technology for KTL painting, sealing, and related processes. By this, we ensure 100% backup and continuity for your production. In Police nad Metují, we focus on robotic welding and complex mechanical manufacturing. In Nymburk, we have facilities and infrastructure ready for further expansion of our welding capacities. Our logistics centre in Zvěřínek ensures direct deliveries to OEM partners, efficient supply consolidation, and specialized packaging of parts. We guarantee smooth and reliable supplier service.
